Con B1: Basic Course Controlling

Classification

• Course for Bachelor-Students, taught by Prof. Gillenkirch and research assistants
• The course is eligible for the Modul WIWI-B-03106-AC Con B1: Basiskurs Controlling.
• Please note: Master-Students can take up to 10 LP of the bachelor specialisation phase. Therefore the course is open to master students.

• Conception of Controlling
• Information Management and Corporate Accounting
• Cost Accounting and Performance Measurement Systems
• Control and Incentives
• Coordination

Examination

• 120 minutes written exam
• First exam immediately after the end of the lecture period, second exam before the beginning of the lecture period of the following semester.
• Passing the exam will give you 5 credit points (ECTS) for the Module WIWI-B-03106-AC Con B1: Basiskurs Controlling

Lecture and Exercise

• In total 6 SWS
• 4 hours per week lecture (Prof. Gillenkirch) and 2 hours exercise (research assistants)

Materials

• You will find a set of slides for the lecture in Stud.IP. There is no single textbook serving as a basis for the lecture. A reading list will be provided in the materials.
